What is unfair competition?
Unfair competition is a commercial practice that goes against fairness, customs and the rules governing the principles of competition.
It consists of adopting behavior that is contrary to ethics and the law in order to gain an unfair competitive advantage over other companies in the same sector of activity . This practice can take different forms, such as the dissemination of false information, the sale of counterfeit products or the deception of consumers about the quality of the products.
The intervention of a private detective , approved by the CNAPS, aims to uncover acts of unfair competition and to protect companies against economic losses and anything affecting the development of their activities.
